Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

RETURNS 
SURROUNDED BY GHOSTS WILL ONLY ACCEPT A RETURN FOR FAULTY GOODS OR AN EXCHANGE FOR SIZE
We only accept returns for faulty goods or an exchange for size if the following requirements are met:
- The item(s) is full price merchandise only.
- The item(s) is in original purchased condition.
- The item(s) has all tags intact.
- The item(s) has not been worn, washed, altered, soiled, tampered with in any other way.
- The item(s) is accompanied by original purchase receipt/invoice.
- The item(s) is returned to Surrounded By Ghosts within 10 days of customer receiving it.
- We cannot accept any returns that do not meet these requirements.
- We do not take responsibility for unsuitability, change of mind or any other particulars. 
- We only accept goods as faulty if the following has been met: Surrounded By Ghosts PTY LTD deems the goods to be faulty.
-Surrounded By Ghosts is committed to providing you with quality. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item(s), or have a manufacturing fault occur please contact us at studio@surroundedbyghosts.com and we will assist you as quickly as possible

 ORGANISING A RETURN
- Email studio@surroundedbyghosts.com (include customer order number) and we will personally assist you with your request.
- We cannot be held liable for the loss of your item(s) being returned.
- We recommend using a registered postal service to return item(s) and keeping record of all tracking details.
- The shipping cost incurred for all returning item(s) (including exchange for size) are NOT covered or reimbursed by Surrounded By Ghosts.
- Once we have received your item(s), we will notify you by email and process your refund within 5 business days (please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to show in your PayPal account).
EXCHANGES
- Follow the instructions above to return the item(s) you wish to exchange (include customer order number, size changes).
- After we have received your item(s) and it is approved to the above requirements, we will send out your new size/s within 1-2 business days. 
- All exchanges are by standard shipping (5-7days) with a new tracking number issued via email.
- In the unlikely event that your requested size is unavailable we will provide you with a credit voucher or put your item(s) on backorder.
